J'ai acheté un domaine chez GoDaddy pendant un an et je souhaite maintenant passer à namecheap à cause du prix. Dois-je payer à nouveau les frais d'enregistrement de domaine?

Salut les amis,

Domain name prices do increase from time to time - not often, but sometimes. Often the increase is in response to changes in the wholesale prices GoDaddy must themselves pay for the names.

In addition, the kinds of domain name that you have, will also play an important role in the success of your site. It is therefore important for you, to take your time when selecting your website domain name and host.

However, most of companies doing the same but the cost are less and cheap as compared to namecheap and GoDaddy. There are some other domain registrar which are having low prices.

There are many popular domain name providers are out they all provide domain name but cost of domain is different.

Domain is mostly common to institutions related to teaching departments. The famous organisations name get the domains for their organisations from DomainRacer.

Here are many best sites are out to provides best domain in India with low cost which is given below :

I hope this will helps to find cheapest and best domain registrars and you will get domain name which you required from them .

You can transfer your domain for a reasonable transfer fee. If it a .com domain for example, once the transfer is completed, your domain name expiration date will be extended for another year

So pretty much with one fee you got your domain name moved and renewed.

Make sure your domain meets the transfer requirenment. I assume it is .com/.net/ .org/ .biz/.us:

In order to transfer .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .us domain names to us the following rules must apply:
1. 60 days after transfer, renewal or initial registration
2.EPP/Authorization code - you need to obtain it from your current domain registrar
3. Removed ID protect .If you have one, you need to remove it
4. Domain should be Unlocked
5 .At least 15 days prior to expiration

If your extension is different, let me know - I will be happy to give you a detailed information.

Yes, NameCheap will charge you a transfer fee, about the same price for another year domain name renewal fee.

In addition, you need to “unlock” your domain name, remove any privacy or proxy service and to get an EPP (authorization code) for the transfer.

Also, you have to make sure your domain name is eligible to transfer. GoDaddy has security features that if you have updated your First and Last Name, or Organization Name or Email Address, there is a 60-day lock on the account.

You don’t have to pay anything to Godaddy but you will have to pay next year renewal fee for Namecheap when you start the transferring process from there. It’s normally called Domain transfer fee but it’s actually renewal fee for next year.

There are few things you should know because you start a domain transfer process.

  • Your contact details should haven’t changed in last 3 months.
  • Should Initiate transfer process before your domain expire.

NO, absolutely not, you just have to pay domain renewal fee to your new registrar, speaking of which, if it is .com domain Temok offers .com domain registration, renewal or transfer at just $6.99/year.

Besides .com it offers the same services mentioned above for hundreds of other TLDs at very competitive prices apart from the fact that it offers outstanding technical support 24/7 and phone support as well.
