As such your mobile number linked to your account is not less than PIN or password to penetrate into your financial pot (your CIF to which your all accounts are linked). For having high protection against Cyber thefts , SBI does not allow change of mobile number solely via Online mode. If you are having Internet Banking facility then only you can initiate a request to change mobile number but it has to be verified via any one of the three modes described in steps below.

Step by Step Process:-

  • Login to OnlineSBI (https://retail.onlinesbi.com/ret...)
  • Aller à 'Profile' languette.
  • Cliquez sur 'Personal Details' lien.
  • Enter profile password
  • Display Name, Email ID and mobile number registered in INB will be displayed.

Réponse d'origine: How can I change my SBI account number for OTP?

OTP for transactions done through Internet Banking:
1. Go to profile tab in your internet banking.
2. Click on change Communication/Personal Details.
3. Enter your profile password.
4. Change the mobile number.
5. Once you have changed the mobile number, take a print out of the corresponding form (link for the form will be displayed on the page ourselves), sign on it and give this form to your home branch.
6. Your mobile number for OTP should be changed in a short while.

OTP for transactions using ATM:
1. Go to the VISA/MASTERCARD website and register for their corresponding 3D secure codes. This can also be done on the onlinesbi.com en ligne.
2. Once this is done there will be no requirement of OTP while shopping as it would ask for the 3D secure code instead of the OTP.

Réponse d'origine: Problem changing SBI internet banking Mobile no?

Basically, to change the mobile number, all you have to do is to submit a request letter at the branch. It normally takes 24 hours for it to get updated.

Else, I suggest you to call up the customer care and place a request to change.

You can also change the number through internet Banking. The process is as given below:

Go to your profile & select changement your mobile nombre. You will get a 10 digit INB reference nombre in your new mobile nombre. Then select IRATA (Internet banking Request Approval Through ATM) option. Now you need to go to any SBI ATM and select other Services - Authorise.
